Most people call me about one of four things
Prices are on the page. I'd rather you know roughly what you're walking into than get a surprise at the end.
Haul-away is included with every job. If you want the logs kept back for firewood, tell me and my crew will stack them instead of chipping them.

Tree Trimming & Pruning
Deadwood out, weight off the long limbs, clearance over the roof. Done right it makes the tree stronger, not just smaller.
Tree Removal
When it's genuinely done. I'd rather talk you out of this one if the tree can be saved.
Stump Grinding
Ground out after a removal, or that old one you've been mowing around for six years.
Hazardous Limbs & Storm Damage
Dead or broken limbs hanging over the house. This is the call to make sooner rather than later.

Why the rules keep changing on you
Your town's tree ordinance is not your neighbor's town's tree ordinance
This trips people up constantly. In Austin, anything under 19 inches across on residential property isn't regulated at all — and at 24 inches, an oak becomes a Heritage tree you're basically not allowed to remove. In Buda, taking down a Heritage tree means a City Council public hearing. In Kyle, a 25-inch specimen tree gets replaced two-to-one if it comes out.
Same region, three completely different answers. I wrote all of it down so you can check before you plan anything.
Good time to get oak pruning done
We're outside the oak wilt window, so routine oak pruning is on the table right now — Texas A&M Forest Service's don't-prune window runs February 1 through June 30 each year, and we're clear of it until next February.
If it's a genuine hazard instead, that gets handled immediately any time of year, fewest cuts possible, every wound painted on the spot. Call (512) 546-3576 or read the whole thing first.

What people say after I leave
I've used Ozark of Austin since 2018 at three different homes. The saws are always clean (super important), & his understanding of a wide variety of trees means the pruning helps the trees not just…
Olive HendrixBramel and his team were great. They didn't just trim the trees, they ensured the trees were healthy and that the trim job was done right.
Kurt PetersonBramel loves what he does and that's apparent! Sculpts the tree as he prunes it. Also, as he's studied “Arbory” he offers helpful advice for the tree's health, too! I recommend.

Twelve years of Central Texas trees
I started Ozark of Austin in 2014 and I've been working trees out of Kyle ever since — live oaks, post oaks, pecans, and a great deal of cedar.
There's an ISA Certified Arborist on my crew and we're fully insured. Ask me for the certificate and I'll send it.
