The jobs other people won't quote

No drop zone? That's the one I'm for

Plenty of trees can be felled in one piece by anyone with a saw. The ones that can't are where the money gets wasted — a tree over a roof, a pool, a fence you share with a neighbour, or a drive too narrow for the chipper. Every piece comes down tied in and lowered on a rope instead, which is hours rather than minutes, and it's why quotes on those jobs vary so wildly between companies.

You get a price before anything starts, haul-away included, and if I find something once I'm into it that changes the number, you hear it from me first.

I've used Ozark of Austin since 2018 at three different homes. The saws are always clean (super important), & his understanding of a wide variety of trees means the pruning helps the trees not just…

Bramel and his team were great. They didn't just trim the trees, they ensured the trees were healthy and that the trim job was done right.

Bramel loves what he does and that's apparent! Sculpts the tree as he prunes it. Also, as he's studied “Arbory” he offers helpful advice for the tree's health, too! I recommend.

Good time to get oak pruning done

We're outside the oak wilt window, so routine oak pruning is on the table right now — Texas A&M Forest Service's don't-prune window runs February 1 through June 30 each year, and we're clear of it until next February.

If it's a genuine hazard instead, that gets handled immediately any time of year, fewest cuts possible, every wound painted on the spot. Call (512) 546-3576 or read the whole thing first.

Who's showing up

Twelve years of Central Texas trees

I started Ozark of Austin in 2014 and I've been working trees out of Kyle ever since — live oaks, post oaks, pecans, and a great deal of cedar.

There's an ISA Certified Arborist on my crew and we're fully insured. Ask me for the certificate and I'll send it.
