Tell me what you’ve got
Four boxes, about thirty seconds. I’ll ring you back the same day if it’s a weekday before 5pm.
Or skip the form entirely
Calling or texting reaches me faster than anything else, and a photo means I can often price it without driving out at all.
What to send
- A photo of the whole tree with something in frame for scale — a person, a car, the house. One close-up of anything that worries you.
- Your town, or the address if you'd rather.
- One sentence on what's going on. “Big limb over the garage I don't like the look of” is plenty.
If it's a hazard, say so in the first line and I'll move it up the list.
What happens next
I'll come back to you the same day if you reach me before 5pm on a weekday. Often I can price it straight from the photo. If I need to see it in person, that visit is free and there's no obligation on the other end of it.
Most jobs happen within days of the estimate.
What the price includes
Cleanup and haul-away, always, not added at the end. Want the logs kept back for firewood? Say so up front and my crew will stack them rather than chip them. Here's what the work costs and what moves the number.
What about a permit?
Most removals don't need one — it comes down to trunk size, and the threshold is bigger than people expect. Where a permit is needed it's usually a form and a measurement, and it's part of what I sort out with you rather than something you have to go and work out alone. Either way, don't let it stop you picking up the phone.
Check your tree in thirty seconds, or just call me and I'll tell you.
